轮机员安全报警系统旨在监视轮机员活动并发现由于轮机员失去工作能力而可能导致的海上事故。该系统监视轮机员的意识,如由于任何原因而使轮机员失去履行其职责的能力时,该系统将自动报警,可用于各类船舶。

使用方法:
系统上电后,钥匙锁位于:“ON”或“SET”位置时,主机进入自检模式。

系统一旦启动,进入倒计时(3~30 分钟可调)状态。

倒计时结束后输出 1 立即输出。

主机面板上有启动停止按键,钥匙位于“ON”位置,数码管显示“-”表示空闲状态。按一下【启动】键,数码管显示报警倒计时,“分”指示灯常亮,表示倒计时已经开始正常工作。在正常工作状态下,按一下【停止】键,数码管显示“ -”表示已经停止工作并返回到空闲状态。 通过外接【启停按钮】启动或停止系统,按一次系统启动,进入倒计时,再按一次停止。内部线路板上拨码开关前 5 位拨码为选择按钮地址功能,每个按钮地址必须不同,否则系统将运行混乱。地址采用二进制编码形式,地址范围(00001-00110,编码对应拨码开关位置54321)共 6 个地址。地址设置表格如表 2 所示: 系统在空闲状态下,按外接按钮“启动/停止”键,启动倒计时正常工作,对应的地址1 ~ 6 指示灯常亮。再次按一下外接按钮“启动/停止”键,系统退出倒计时工作返回到空闲状态,对应的地址 1~6 指示灯熄灭。 主机在空闲状态下,主机启动倒计时正常工作,按外接按钮“启动/停止”键不影响倒计时正常工作,但是对应的地址 1~6 指示灯会常亮或熄灭动作。按主机“停止”键有效,并返回空闲状态。 主机在空闲状态下,按外接按钮“启动/停止”键,启动倒计时正常工作,对应的地址1~6 指示灯常亮,按主机“停止”键不影响倒计时正常工作。只能再次按外接按钮“启动/ 停止”键有效,并返回空闲状态,对应的地址 1~6 指示灯熄灭。(注意:是按哪个外接按钮“启动/停止”键启动倒计时正常工作,再按哪个外接按钮“启动/停止”键才有效,并返回空闲状态,不然就是对应地址 1~6 指示灯常亮或熄灭)。

The address setting table is shown in 1: When the system is in idle state, press the extension "Start/Stop" button to start the countdown, the corresponding address 1 ~ 6 white indicator lights stay on. Press the extension "Start/Stop" buttonagain, the system exits the countdown and returns to the idle state, the corresponding address1 ~6white indicator lights go out. When the host is in idle state, the host start countdown works normally, pressing the "Start/Stop" button on the extension does not affect normal operation of the countdown, but the correspondingaddress 1~6 white indicator lights stay on or off. Pressing the "Stop" button on the host effective and returns to the idle state.

(1) 系统主机具有 9 路按钮接口,用于外接启停按钮或复位按钮;
(2) 供电电源:两路 DC24V,(24VDC±10%);
(3) 工作电流:主机<100mA、复位按钮<200mA、启停按钮<100mA;

(5) 外接按钮响应时间小于 1S;
(6) 外接启停按钮和复位按钮总数量≤30 个。启停按钮最多可连接 6 台,复位按钮最多可以连接 24 台;
(7) 通讯距离:主机与外接启停按钮和复位按钮间距离<1000 米;
(8) 系统精确度为 5s,设计误差取较小者;
(9) 系统主机具有外接启动触点(无源触点),用于延伸输入;
(10)系统主机具有外接复位端口(无源触点),用于外接延伸,复位系统重新计时;
(11)系统主机在失电时输出无源触点;
(12)系统主机报警时间和报警输出时间可设置;
(13)主机与外接按钮连接使用 CAN 总线;
(14)VDR 信号输出,RS485 NMEA0183 协议,波特率 4800
